The most important benefit for us is their quick response time in addressing issues that arise. The staff assigned to our facility has been courteous and thorough in the performance of their duties. Our staff has been able to devote time to other duties and have enjoyed a clean working environment.

The second shift Crystal Clear cleaning crew cleaned and waxed the floors in Medical this evening. They did an excellent job!!! Somehow they got all the black adhesive off the floor that was oozing through the spaces between the tiles. The floor is shiny and clean and never looked better. Very Impressed
I was very impressed with the information they provided during the vendor proposal conference. I liked the way Crystal Clear tracked work orders, time cards and ensured that someone would be on the job, working. I liked the procedure they used for documentation employee arrival on the job. They responded to the RFP with a clear understanding of services required by the County and projected that professionally in the proposal conference. The biggest benefit for me is peace of mind that the custodial work is completed each night as required and the fact that Crystal Clear takes care of HR issues.

They have an outstanding reputation and offered the best package for our school. The most important benefit they provide is the Quality of service. I remember when I started out as the Principal, I had to take an eight hour class and I got a call from the school stating the pipes had broken in the 3rd floor restroom and water was flowing through the ceiling on the 2nd floor. I made just one phone call to Crystal Clear and was told not to worry, and they would take care of everything. This was my first time dealing with them and it was amazing how they handled the situation. I have been singing their praise since then!
