We use a state-of-the-art Automated Management System (AMS) to monitor our employees, track incidents, and ensure timely delivery of scheduled services and quality control.

We believe in extremely high levels of safety, and all of our sites undergo OSHA-compliant inspections. For every building we manage, a site-specific Policy and Procedure manual is written for our employees. To ensure that you get the best service possible, our staff members are highly trained, and we will make sure that our commitment to safety is carried forth on your premises.

Home Office Support

Crystal Clear Enterprise, Inc. was established in 1997 and is a highly organized firm dedicated to delivering exceptional building services. Our staffing levels typically range from sixty to eighty personnel, depending on active projects and contracts. With 29 years in business, Crystal Clear Enterprise is financially stable and well-positioned for long-term success.

Supporting our custodians and field supervisors is a structured home office team and a set of proven systems designed to ensure consistent, high-quality performance across all accounts.

Inspection and Quality Control

Quality assurance is a critical component of our service delivery. On a non-routine basis, a designated Quality Control Inspector conducts facility inspections using a detailed quality control form, unless an alternate format is requested by the client. Each cleaning function is reviewed carefully, and any deficiencies are documented.

Findings are shared promptly with both the facility’s designated representative and Crystal Clear Enterprise management. Any concerns regarding service quality or scope should be directed to the assigned Account Executive or Quality Control Manager. All concerns receive prompt, professional, and effective attention.

Communications

Crystal Clear Enterprise, Inc. ensures clear and responsive communication at all times. All supervisory-level personnel and above are equipped with mobile communication devices, providing immediate access to email and phone contact.

This structure allows for rapid response to emergencies or service needs. A single call to our office initiates immediate action to address client concerns.

Mr. James Davis

CBSE – President

Mr. Davis is the founder and co-owner of Crystal Clear Enterprise, Inc., bringing over twenty-five years of experience in the building service industry. His expertise spans all aspects of building service management, including operations, sales strategy, purchasing systems, and profit margin development.

Throughout his career, Mr. Davis has successfully expanded service contracts and secured major private and government clients, including Hallmark Cards, Unified Government of Wyandotte County, Johnson County, and Hospital Corporation of America.

He holds the Certified Building Service Executive (CBSE) designation through BSCAI and has completed extensive training in leadership, team building, customer service, quality control, facility management, conflict resolution, work loading, scheduling, and team cleaning methodologies. Mr. Davis is an active member of BSCAI, ISSA, the Grandview Chamber of Commerce, and is IICRC Carpet Technician Certified.

Mrs. Ailene Davis

Senior Vice President of Business Development

Mrs. Davis is a co-owner of Crystal Clear Enterprise, Inc. and has over twenty-eight years of experience in the building service industry. Her career progression—from frontline maintenance and quality control to executive leadership—demonstrates her comprehensive industry knowledge and strong operational foundation.

As an owner, Mrs. Davis played a pivotal role in developing the company’s training programs, employee handbook, compensation structures, hiring procedures, affirmative action plans, and all aspects of human resources. She brings extensive experience in general office operations, sales, inventory management, accounts receivable, purchasing, customer service, and logistics.

In her role as Senior Vice President of Business Development, Mrs. Davis is responsible for acquiring and retaining client accounts, contract preparation and negotiation, introducing new products, educating customers on SDS and chemical safety, and overseeing quarterly quality control audits. She is a member of BSCAI and ISSA, serves on the Board of Directors for the Grandview Area Chamber of Commerce, and is IICRC Carpet Technician Certified.

Mr. James Davis III

Business Development Executive

Mr. Davis III has over twelve years of experience in the janitorial services industry and has held multiple roles within Crystal Clear Enterprise since 2010. As Business Development Executive, he is responsible for customer account management, developing and maintaining long-term client relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring services are delivered on time and exceed customer expectations.

Mr. Lee Huff

Senior Manager

Mr. Huff joined Crystal Clear Enterprise in August 2018 as a Utility Specialist and advanced through supervisory roles to Senior Manager. He oversees inventory control, deliveries, equipment and vehicle maintenance, and provides training and leadership to utility and operations staff.

As a Senior Manager supporting the home office, Mr. Huff is responsible for tracking and scheduling vehicle and equipment maintenance, coordinating coverage for projects and open shifts, scheduling supply deliveries, maintaining accurate inventory, and ensuring the Operations Department functions efficiently and safely.

Ms. Tiera Baskin

Operations Enablement and Accountability Manager

Ms. Baskin joined Crystal Clear Enterprise in December 2024 as Operations Enablement and Accountability Manager. She oversees daily operational systems within Connecteam, including communication, checklists, and time tracking.

Her responsibilities include monitoring SOP compliance, reinforcing accountability through documentation, supporting onboarding completion and workflow governance, partnering with leadership to implement approved operational improvements, and escalating recurring or behavioral issues through appropriate management channels.

Ms. Kelsey Elam

Human Resources Assistant

Ms. Elam joined Crystal Clear Enterprise in February 2026. She is responsible for recruiting and onboarding new personnel and plays a key role in supporting quality control inspections and compiling inspection reports for customers.

Her work ensures consistent staffing standards and clear communication between the home office, operations team, and clients.

Mrs. Johannah Davis

Administrative Assistant

Mrs. Davis joined our team in 2021 and is an asset to the Operation Department. She is responsible for project scheduling, Special Service Technicians schedules, customer and technician notifications of upcoming projects, employee engagement, new employees’ surveyors. She also ensures we are building a strong work culture and making all personnel feel appreciated.
