Established in 1997, our mission is to promote excellence in building services. We provide a clean, safe, healthy, and comfortable work environment. Our efforts include janitorial services, floor care, pest control, construction clean up, janitorial supplies, building maintenance, and specialty services. We work around the clock, understanding that different institutions have different needs and providing them with tailor-made solutions. Our clients include schools, small businesses, car dealerships, large corporations, and hospitals. In addition, we provide services to some major private and government-owned facilities, such as Truman Medical Center, Government Employees’ Health Association, Federal Aviation Administration, Kansas City Royals, county government buildings, city government buildings, KC Renaissance, and more.

Standing behind our on-the-job custodians and supervisors is a highly dedicated and experienced team whose mission is to ensure high-quality performance with all of our professional cleaning services. It isn’t just our quick response time and attention to detail that have made Crystal Clear an industry leader in Client Relationship Management. We use a state-of-the-art Automated Management System (AMS) to monitor our employees, track incidents, and ensure timely delivery of scheduled services and quality control.

We believe in extremely high levels of safety, and all of our sites undergo OSHA-compliant inspections. For every building we manage, a site-specific Policy and Procedure manual is written for our employees. To ensure that you get the best service possible, our staff members are highly trained, and we will make sure that our commitment to safety is carried forth on your premises.

Crystal Clear Enterprise, Inc. was established in 1997, and is a firm highly organized to provide the best possible building services.  Standing behind the on-the-job custodians and supervisors are a series of people and systems to ensure high-quality performance.

Inspection and Quality Control

On a non-routine basis, the Quality Control Inspector will inspect the facilities using a detailed quality control form unless an alternate form is provided. They will note performance on each cleaning function. Any deficiencies noted will be given to the facility’s representative and to Crystal Clear Enterprise management.

Any complaints about quantity or quality of service should be directed to your Account Executive or Quality Control Manager. Complaints will receive prompt and effective attention.

Communications

Crystal Clear Enterprise, Inc. personnel at the supervisory level or higher are equipped with cell phones and pagers which gives us immediate access to emails. This assures our customers of rapid response to any emergency situation at all times. One quick call to our office will initiate immediate action.

Key Personnel

Janitorial maintenance is a labor-intensive, “people” business. The success of our firm ultimately rests on the quality of its personnel. Following are brief resumes of some of the firm’s key people. 

Mr. James Davis, CBSE – President

Mr. Davis is the founder and one of the owners of Crystal Clear Enterprise, Inc. has been involved in building service management for over twenty-five years and is knowledgeable of all aspects of the industry. As an Account Executive in this industry, he helped develop and implement marketing strategies, purchasing systems and set profit margins.

As a Sales Representative he proved his ability to expand existing service contracts and acquired new customers by securing contracts with several major private and government owned facilities such as: Hallmark Cards, Unified Government of Wyandotte County, Johnson County, and Hospital Corporation of America to name a few.

He was given special recognition for increasing profit margins and service contracts. Mr. Davis has taken every opportunity available to expand his education in the building maintenance industry, including earning his CBSE (Certified Building Service Executive) designation, through BSCAI (Building Service Contractor Association International). Mr. Davis has completed sales training courses, leadership and team building workshops, numerous building services such as work loading and scheduling, customer service, conflict resolution, quality control, facility management, team cleaning, and many more. He is a member of BSCAI (Building Services Contractor Association International), ISSA (International Sanitary Supply Association), Grandview Chamber of Commerce and is and is IICRC Carpet Technician Certified.

Ms. Ailene Hartz – Sr. Vice President Of Business Development

Ms. Hartz is one of the owners of Crystal Clear Enterprise, Inc. and has over twenty-four years’ experience in the building service industry. Her entire career has been in the building maintenance field, and her rapid transition from performing maintenance work and quality control to handling office work and serving as a Sales Representative attest to her ambition. As one of the owners of CCEI she was responsible for establishing training programs, employee handbook and compensation packages, hiring procedures, affirmative action plan and all aspects of human resource department. She has a strong background in general office procedures and specific experience in sales, maintaining inventory, accounts receivable, purchasing, customer service, shipping and receiving. As Sr. VP of Business Development, she is responsible for obtaining and maintaining accounts, contract preparation and negotiation, introducing new products to customers, educating customers on SDS, Chemical Safety, and quarterly Quality Control Audits. Ms. Hartz has devoted ninety percent of her time to growing the business. She is member of BSCAI (Building Services Contractor Association International), ISSA (International Sanitary Supply Association), on the Board of Directors for Grandview Area Chamber of Commerce and is IICRC Carpet Technician Certified.

Mr. James Davis III – Business Development Specialist

James Davis III has over twelve years’ experience in the Janitorial Service industry. He held various positions in the company since 2010. As our Business Development Specialist, he is responsible for customer account management, building and maintaining strong long-lasting client relationships, negotiate contract and close agreements and ensure the timely delivery of services to exceed customer satisfaction.

Mrs. Johannah Davis – Administrative Assistant 

Mrs. Davis joined our team in 2021 and is an asset to the Operation Department. She is responsible for project scheduling, Special Service Technicians schedules, customer and technician notifications of upcoming projects, employee engagement, new employees’ surveyors. She also ensures we are building a strong work culture and making all personnel feel appreciated.

Mr. Victor Stewart – Operations Manager 

Mr. Stewart joined the Crystal Clear’s team in July of 2014. Victor has over 12 years of experience in the janitorial service industry. He is responsible for supervising employees at various locations, providing training to personnel, ensuring that personnel are following company policies and rules, he acknowledges and responds to customer concerns, and performs periodic inspections.

Mrs. Taritta Bramlett – Quality Control Coordinator 

Mrs. Bramlett is a dedicated, hardworking professional with over 7 years’ experience in the service industry. She offers solutions in leading teams by example with hands on experience in every level of janitorial service and a unique ability to execute best practices to increase employee engagement, customer satisfaction and financial outcomes. Taritta will be responsible for setting up and establishing quality control audit standards with customer point of contact. She will do periodic inspections and meet with supervisor to review report. She is also responsible for following up with the Customers, Area Supervisors and Building Supervisors.

Mr. Lee Huff – Utility Specialist Manager 

Mr. Huff joined our team August 2018 as a Utility Specialist and worked his way up to a management position. He is responsible for inventory, deliveries, equipment and vehicle maintenance, training and motivating subordinates and ensuring that all company policies and safety guidelines are being followed.
